What "work" this diet? The main reason for many health problems is the inappropriate position of chemicals in the body. Dr. Hey classifies food into three types (proteins, neutral and starch / starch), according to their way of effective use. Mixing proteins and starches carbs in a meal for example, means that they will not be fully utilized, leading to accumulation of toxins and weight.
Vegetables and fruits constitute a large part of the diet, but fruit must be eaten alone.
What critics say: Nothing special. Only one university said that after a study found no scientific evidence or reason to believe that carbohydrates and proteins are "fighting" if eaten together.
