Monday
Breakfast / in 7-8 hours /

Lunch / 10 hours /:
Milk - 150 ml.

Lunch between 12.30 and 13.30 hours /:
Milk soup - 250 ml.
Omelet with cheese - 200
Cream Caramel - 50
Bread - 50-100 years / = one or two small slices.

Snack / about 16 pm /
Milk - 150 ml.

Dinner / no later than 19 hours /:
Omelet with cheese - 150 -200, the
Garnish with vegetables / salad / - 200
Bread - 100 years

Tuesday
Breakfast:
Herbal tea with 1 ch.l.med.

Lunch:
Fruits - 150 years

Lunch:
Herbal tea half an hour prior to eating
Chicken roast / 200 / garnish with vegetables / 200 /

Snack:
Fruit / well in 10 hours / - 150 years

Dinner:
Herbal tea a half hour before meals with fruits / 100 years.
Chicken roast / 200 / garnish with vegetables / 200 /
Bread - 100 years

Wednesday
Landing day:
1.5 kg. fruits or vegetables / but only the same kind or eat 5-6 times a day. Herbal tea is drunk three times, as in other days!

Thursday
Breakfast:
Yogurt - 200 ml.

Lunch:
Kefir - 200 ml.

Lunch:
Tarator - 200 ml.
TAC-kebab / without much fat / - 200
Bread - 100 years

Snack:
Kefir - 200 ml.

Dinner:
Fruits


Friday
Breakfast:
Herbal tea with 1 tablespoon honey
Fruits - 150 years

Lunch:
Fruits - 150 years

Lunch:
Herbal tea for half an hour before eating / can 100, the fruit /
Fish, roasted - 200
Garnish with vegetables - 200
Bread - 100 years

Snack:
Fruits - 150 years

Dinner:
Herbal tea with 100 on fruits half hour before eating
Fish, roasted - 200
Garnish with vegetables - 200
Bread - 100 years

Saturday
Breakfast: Not necessarily!

Lunch:
Herbal tea with 150 on fruit

Lunch:
Herbal tea for half an hour before eating
Mature beans, cooked and saute / in a container with non-stick coating / - 200
Salad Vegetables - 250 years
Bread - 100 years

Snack: optional

Dinner:
Herbal tea for half an hour before eating
Bob mature - 200
Vegetable salad - 200
Bread - 100 years

Sunday
Breakfast: Not necessarily!

Lunch:
Fruits - 200

Lunch:
Soup balls / pork, lean meat / - 250 ml.
Lean pork steak / 200 / garnish with vegetables / 200 /
Bread - 100 years

Snack:
Fruit Salad - 150 years

Dinner:
Pork Steak / 200 / garnish with vegetables / 200 /
Cake - 100 years
Bread - 100 years

Fluids per day remain, as with all other diets - 2 - 2.5 litres!
