Recent studies indicate that there is a link between food cooked on the grill and cancer. So here are some simple tips to reduce risk and increase pleasure.
There are two main carcinogens are associated with meat. Their distribution depends on the proper storage and preparation.
- Keep your grill perfectly clean. Always remove the residue before cooking.
- Reduce the time for grilling, bake meat to some extent previously in the oven.
- Remove excess fat from meat
- Frequent contact meat
- Prefer kebab - small pieces of chicken, fish and beef cook faster, take less time and contain fewer carcinogens
- Emergence of olive oil or lemon juice marinade
- Avoid to start the meat. Thus it burns and enhances carcinogenic ingredients
