Afternoon snack: 200 g cherries, 1 cup orange juice.
Dinner: 1 fruit salad 400 g cherries 100 g strawberries 30 g walnuts, 100 g low-fat yoghurt and 2 litres of honey,

Third day
Breakfast: 1 fruit salad 400 g cherries 100 g strawberries 30 g walnuts, 100 grams of yoghurt and 2
Snack: cherry milk 100 g passion cherries, 100 g low fat milk and 1 teaspoons honey
Lunch: a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, seasoned with olive oil, 150 grams of cherries.
Snack: cherry yoghurt 1 cup of yoghurt and 200 g of cherries
Dinner: 200 g stewed vegetables, 200 g cherries, 1 cup orange juice
