How to live healthy? - VitoSlim - Lose Weight, Be Slim

If you decide to live healthy, you will probably need to change some of your habits. Small changes to better reflect the huge and stressful.

Physical activity
- Use the stairs instead of elevators
- Park farther away from the place where you want to go to walk on foot
- Play outside with your kids
- Start your day with a long stretch and deep breath
Eating habits:
- Replace the afternoon coffee with green tea
- Focus on vegetables when preparing your favourite meals
- Chew slowly - after every bite leave the fork on the table
- Eat a small dinner plates
- Use mustard instead of mayonnaise
- Drink a large glass of water before each meal
Listen to your body
- Before reaching for the refrigerator to stop and determine whether you are really hungry or just find a job
- Do not stay hungry - when you feel thirsty drink water as soon as possible when your body wants it
- Do not starve - if you have nothing to eat now take at least a piece or two chocolate or candy, you not sick - if you are too hungry body starts to send emergency signals to the brain and your blood sugar dropped sharply.
