Children do not pay attention to obesity - VitoSlim - Lose Weight, Be Slim

In a study of urban lifestyles among teenagers in America shows that about 40% of them are obese, 27% of them underestimate this condition.
When 448 students from 5th grade 8 more than 62% of obese boys and 31% of girls considered their weight normal. Students are Chicago school.
The team of Dr. Wang Yofa from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, compared the data of 196 boys and 252 girls with an average age of 12 years.
After calculating the index wire mass analysis shows that 40% of them are overweight or obese. Only 24% of these children think about their weight more than normal.
43% of respondents had tried or are trying to lose weight. However, the team found no major difference in the intake of fruits and vegetables and physical activity of the group that is trying to lose weight and those who felt no need for weight reduction.
"In fact, guys who try to lose weight spend too much time watching TV than those who do not want to lose weight," says Dr. Wang.
This finding suggests increasing awareness on adolescent obesity and overweight and how to live a healthy complement researchers.
