TIP: water contributes to more efficient operation of the digestive system and drinking 6-8 glasses of water daily to prevent fatigue and weakness that lead to overeating. Replacing sugary drinks, water saves us from excess calories, but replacing coffee - from drying (do not forget that coffee is a diuretic).
Drink fasting morning cup of water. Then instead of coffee or cola drink again one cup water. Let it stand in a prominent place and forget about it.
Add to it the juice of half a lemon or grapefruit. Night put a few bottles of water in the fridge - so during the day you can enjoy its cool taste.
