Vegetarian soup with coriander - VitoSlim - Lose Weight, Be Slim

Coriander is one of the most used spices and comes from southern Europe and the Middle East but now grows all over the world.
Simple Coriander is associated with the kitchens of Asia and Central and South America. And the fresh leaves and fruits - which are dry - the plant used in cooking. The spice is fresh, citrus flavour and is very suitable for decorating food.
The seeds can be eaten whole or ground powder. Coriander also enter into the composition of different types of spices like 'Garam Masala' (a blend of coriander, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom) and 'Harris' (chilli, garlic, coriander, cumin, tomato paste, salt, olive oil, cumin seed) . Very good addition to savoury marinades, chutneys and meat dishes and rice / potatoes, and forged home burgers. Can be used for cakes and other baked goods.
In view of the health and diet foods can be a tasty soup with carrots.

Products:
1 tablespoon olive oil l
1 onion
450 g carrots
1 tablespoon coriander l (seeds)
Bunch of other frozen vegetables (preferably peas corn and beans)
Large bunch fresh coriander chopped
Salt
Black pepper

Heat fat and cook onions and carrots until soft.
Add coriander seeds and mix.
Add vegetables and cook until soft.
Strain and blend until they get a puree.
Add fresh coriander for decoration.
