Tips for healthy eating out - VitoSlim - Lose Weight, Be Slim

Poll conducted last year showed that people aged 30 years spend around 40% of your monthly budget for eating out - restaurants, pizzerias, fast food.
Eating out usually means less control over what they eat, what is its origin and how it was made, whether it is healthy and that is what you think. Studies show that people who eat mostly outside the home adopt more fat, salt and calories in general. Also it is clear that meal with friends is a major prerequisite for overeating.
