Lentil soup - VitoSlim - Lose Weight, Be Slim

The lens contains 26% protein and only plants with which they are superior in this respect are soy and hemp. Rich in fiber, folic acid, vitamin B1 and minerals. Products:

2 cups lentils
2 bunches celery
2 medium onions
2 carrots, diced
4 cups spinach into strips
4 cloves garlic, crushed
8 cups water
Olive oil
Lime juice
Salt
Black pepper
Parsley (for decoration)

Preparation:

Heat oil in large saucepan and fry onions until golden. Add remaining ingredients, except spinach and lemon juice. Stir. Cover dish and cook for 1 hour. Add spinach, salt and pepper to taste and cook another 10 minutes. Lemon juice and serve with parsley leaves for decoration.
