Fresh blackberry cake
125 g butter
1 kg sugar
2 eggs
250 ml milk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup Carnation l
1 hour l nutmeg
1 kg flour
1 kg blackberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat butter and flour and milk, add sugar and stir until homogeneous. Add eggs and continue stirring. Add spices and blackberries, and then pour in the pan (you can make small cakes spill as a mixture with different shapes). Bake 20-25 minutes until the rise.
