Weight Loss with abdominal breathing - VitoSlim - Lose Weight, Be Slim


Experts are adamant on proper breathing your abdomen rise and fall rhythmically, and stands alongside the chest. To learn both techniques, start training for each separately. The exercises can be run straight, lying or sat.

Abdominal breathing
Place one hand on the abdomen and the other on the back. Take a deep breath until you feel that your abdomen swells. Exhale slowly through your nose.

Chest breathing
Raise both hands and take a deep breath through your mouth. It must feel the rise and fall of the chest. Breathing exercises are performed daily in half a minute.
