* Vegetables and salads must form the main part of your diet (three parts vegetables and salads and some protein or carbohydrates).
* Never mix food group protein food group carbohydrates at the same meal.
* Protein, carbohydrates and fats should be taken in small quantities.
* Preparation of the neutral group can be combined with food from protein or carbohydrate group.
* Avoid processed foods like white flour, sugar and margarine.
* Avoid smoked and processed meat products like sausages and more.
* Fruit should normally be eaten raw and ripe, combining acidic fruits like oranges, protein and fresh fruit such as bananas, carbohydrates, or eat them alone as a snack between meals. From time to time may take fruits and bananas cooked.
* Drink plenty of fluids - at least 1 litre (4-5 cups a day - including more mineral water.
* Between meals is good to have an interval of four hours, why not take a snack, unless you're really hungry!
* It is wonderful to start the day with a cup of hot or cold mineral water with a slice of lemon in it.
* Do not drink plenty of fluids during meals. It is food to be chewed and spit as soon as well, and absorbed liquid blocks it. Most, sip a little glass of mineral water at every meal.
