Gymnastics for the eyes - VitoSlim - Lose Weight, Be Slim


Sit in the mirror. Relax your body. Look up. Very slowly narrowed eyelids, so that it remains only a narrow gap. Count to 20. Close your eyes for a few seconds.


Place the palms in the corners of the eyes and pull the skin slightly to the ears. Blink as in the first exercise again and count to 20. Close your eyes for a few seconds. This exercise stretches the eyelid and prevents the appearance of wrinkles. It is recommended for women after 40 years.


Open wide your eyes and look straight ahead. Stared and count to 20. Without stressing close your eyes for a few seconds. The exercise trains the muscles that lift the eyelids.
