Tips for "healthy" shopping
- Make a list of what you will eat during the coming week and buy only necessary items
- Adhere strictly to your list
- Take a pen and check off items taken to not stray and wonder you buy everything and look around until Sweep to 5-6 and 3-4 package chocolate biscuits
- Resist the promotion of unhealthy foods
- Never shop while hungry
- Do not buy foods which you know will not stand and should not eat
- Get as much money as you need to purchase the list - do not carry credit and debit cards with you!
